Andrew Craig RIBA - Andy is Director of the practice, which he co-founded in 1981. He was trained at the Birmingham School of Architecture and was elected as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 1979.

Mike Cox - Mike joined the practice in 1985 and became an Associate in 1994. Trained at Leicester School of Architecture, Mike has experience in many sectors, but particularly in community and special needs architecture.

Victoria Potter BA(Hons) DipArch RIBA - Vicki was elected as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2003 and worked for a speculative developer prior to becoming one of the architects at Cross & Craig. She has previous specialised experience working on historic buildings and studied Building Conservation.

Geoff Boots - Geoff has worked for the practice since 1990 and specialises in social housing.
