Sustainability

Wherever possible, we encourage the use of solar hot water heating, photovoltaic panels, ground source or air source heat pumps and wood burning stoves to lower energy costs.

Our new homes are built to the latest standards to minimise air leakage but we try and use traditional renewable and reusable materials like timber and bricks, rather than those using chemical compounds and plastics.

Fittings and finishes

We take great care in helping to choose just the right finish or fitting, and can design bespoke elements where they are needed, to ensure that the little details that you touch every day, like handles and taps, are perfect.

Permitted development

'Permitted development rights' allows many houses to build some extensions and outbuildings without planning permission. Let us help you make the most of these allowances for a playroom, home office or maybe your own covered swimming pool!
