Cross and Craig have built a number of office developments, the latest being in historic Henley in Arden, which has a basement car park and three separate lettable floors, totalling 30,000sqft.

Interestingly, due to the current downturn in the office market, we have recently been working on the conversion of an office building that we designed in 1998 into 14 residential apartments.
